I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel within that 24 hour block you will be charged a late fee of $160. This also applies to no shows.

Insurance DOES NOT cover late cancellation/no show fees. I hold to this boundary very strictly. If we are able to reschedule you for later in the week, you will not be charged a late cancellation/no show fee.

Additionally, if you no show or late cancel two sessions in a row you will be removed from reoccurring appointments and will be scheduled on a week by week basis.

I do not provide any case management services which include but are not limited to:

Providing paperwork for disability, unemployment, custody, adoption, foster care, car accidents and any type of legal issues. I also do not provide therapy for individuals who are court mandated for treatment or seeking treatment in which disclosure of sessions will need to be provided to an outside entity.

My private pay rate is $160 per therapeutic hour. Many insurances require a copay, which is your responsibility to pay. If you are unable to pay the associated fees at the time of service for more than one visit, without developing a payment plan, your future appointments will be suspended until unpaid balances are resolved.

Additionally, your insurance can decide at any time that they are no longer going to pay for your treatment, or that they are recouping past session payments. In this case, you will also be financially responsible for payment.

I build one week of planned leave each quarter for continued training, consultation, and rest. During this time, I am not available for clinical contact. As an outpatient provider, I am not able to offer ongoing crisis or high-acuity support, and clients needing a higher level of care may be referred to appropriate services.
